About us

In 1955, Delaware Marine was established by Robert Smith.  By the early 1970’s, Mr. Smith was franchised by Michigan Wheel as a repair station and distributor for Michigan Wheel propellers, as well as being certified by Mercury and OMC as a repair station.  From that point on, Delaware Marine became Delaware Propeller, Inc. and Mr. Smith began to focus on propeller repair rather than marine repair. 

Delaware Propeller, Inc. quickly grew to be one of Indiana’s top propeller repair stations.  Through all of the years, we at Delaware Propeller, Inc. have been providing quality repair with competitive prices to better serve our customers.
